Well, I achieved what I swore was the impossible.....I bought a suit off the rack and it just might work for me. Hell, if I lose five pounds it will actually fit just about perfect. On the other hand it cost $350 for suit, $50 for shirt, and $50 for tie. My little A-girl was a great shopper. She helped me pick everything out. If I bought a second suit it would have been 50% off and as tempting as that is, I just don't know that I will be wearing a lot of suits in the near term. At first I was a little shocked by the price but now that I think of it, when I wore suits to work ten years ago it wasn't out of the question to spend $500 on something decent looking so I guess it's a pretty decent deal. At least it's over.

Don't feel so bad..I spent 400 bucks on my dress, 150.00 on the shoes, 20.00 for a shawl, another 20 for a effing strapless bra and god knows what on four pairs of stockings because I could not decide on what color would match the dress. Your chances of wearing your suit again quite surpasses my chances of ever wearing the ensamble ever again! Hey... but at least we'll all look great!
Claude went the cheaper route...rental suit...of course it cost me $950.00 to have his teeth fixed! He better do alot of smiling :) :)
