Webkinz Secret Code: kcuSeW

The webkinz stuffed animal comes with a secret code which allows you to activate your new virtual reality pet on the webkinz website. Seemingly by design, this secret code will end up in the trash -with the rest of the virtual reality packaging- about 5 percent of the time. This unfortunate event of trashing the secret code before activating it on the website, renders the new webkin as useless as a crappy stuffed animal hanging around a cheap traveling carnival.

The webkinz website clearly states: The Webkinz tag and the Secret Code it contains is a valuable part of the Webkinz pet product. Each Webkinz pet comes with its own unique secret code, which is contained in the tag that is securely attached to every pet when it is shipped to the original retailer.

Just as we cannot replace a lost Webkinz pet, we are unable to replace a lost Webkinz tag and the Secret Code that comes with it. We have made every attempt to identify that the Secret Code is necessary to the adoption of your pet.

We understand that honest mistakes are made where tags may be disposed of or misplaced accidentally. We truly want you and your child to enjoy the full value of the Webkinz pet. However, Ganz policy states that we cannot replace any code that is lost or misplaced. This is why it is very important to keep your Secret Codes in a safe place at all times.
